From ultra-lightweight sailing yachts to 140-meter motor yachts, our work showcases our expertise in naval architecture structural engineering, and exterior or interior engineering.
Each project reflects our dedication to precision. We adhere to industry standards while delivering efficient and functional solutions that align with client expectations and project planning. We handle everything from concept design to detailed production engineering, including workshop preparation and CNC. With nearly 60 skilled engineers and designers, we offer flexible, in-house resources tailored to shipyards, naval architects, and interior builders, adapting seamlessly to your standards and methodologies.
Project – MY 110M
Trimm delivered a detailed engineering package, including box drawings and assembly drawings for the entire interior of the yacht. Additionally, Trimm provided continuous engineering support for exterior and structural elements, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality execution throughout the project.
Project – SY 45M +
Trimm supported this complex 45m+ high-performance cruiser sloop with a dedicated team of skilled interior engineers. The scope included a comprehensive engineering package for the luxe and crew areas of this ultra-light vessel. A critical component of the project was also delivering a precise theoretical weight calculation, ensuring optimal performance and balance throughout the design process.

Trimm supported this project across multiple stages and levels with a dedicated team of 3D engineers. Adapting seamlessly to the requirements of both the shipyard and the interior outfitter, Trimm can act as an essential link between client approval drawings and production, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition through each phase.

Refits & Conversions
At Trimm Design and Engineering, our scalable pool of resources enables us to support refit projects comprehensively, from initial design through to production engineering. Our multidisciplinary teams can collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and precision across all facets of the refit process. We offer expertise in structural engineering, interior design, naval architecture, and more, tailored to meet the unique requirements of each vessel.
Additionally, we provide project management services, assisting both the shipyard and the client with project coordination, budget management, and timeline adherence, ensuring seamless communication and successful project outcomes.
Project – MY 68M
For this refit project, we supported the shipyard by providing an assistant project leader for the interior engineering department and creating the necessary drawings to ensure smooth project execution.
Project – 40M +
We provided interior engineering support for a classic 40m+ motor yacht, with our team working onsite abroad for six months to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.
Project – MY 58M +
For this refit project, we supported the yard with box/net space drawings, converted the 3D measurement scan, and delivered six-view drawings to aid production.
